33KV Transmission Line Stringing Equipment 3 Ton Puller Tensioner

33KV (35KV) Overhead Transmission Line Stringing Equipment  is composed of 3 ton puller with tensioner, and accessory tools for single conductor or OPGW stringing on high voltage overhead power line. The set of puller and tensioner can be used for bigger conductor in flat area.

1. SA-YQ30 Hydraulic Cable Puller

Application: The hydraulic puller is used to pull pilot wire rope for overhead transmission line. It is equipped with hydraulic system, and can be easily used and maintained

Features:

-With closed hydraulic circuit and variable displacement plunger pump, the pulling force could be step less controlled.

-The max pulling force for stringing operation can be preset.

-Automatic over pulling protection system

-With the radiator from Germany AKG, the machine has good heat dissipate performance.

-With a negative spring applied hydraulic released brake, and automatic overload protection.

-With hydraulic oil cooling system.

-Heat treated wear-proof bullwheels

2. 3 TON Hydraulic Tensioners (Suitable for both conductor and OPGW, ADSS optic fiber cable)

Application: It is suitable for single conductor, earth wire, OPGW and ADSS optic fiber cable stringing in overhead transmission line stringing operation.

Features:

-Closed hydraulic circuit, infinitely variable tension force control and constant tension conductor stringing.

-The max. tension / pull back force can be preset, the tension force can be read from tension gauge

-Spring applied hydraulic released brake acts automatically in case of hydraulic failure to ensure line safety

-Hydraulic oil cooling system

-Bull wheels lined with wear proof MC nylon lining segments

-With rigid axle for towing at max. speed of 15 km/h

The accessories tools of stringing equipment include stringing blocks, anti twisting steel wire rope, come along clamps, ratchet chain hoist, swivel joints and socket grips etc.

Single sheave Stringing Block

Application: It is suitable to string stranded aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The sheave is made in aluminum alloy or high strength nylon. The big size 508mm, 660mm aluminum alloy sheave can be lined with neoprene. The big size 660mm, 822mm, 916mm, 1040mm nylon sheave can be lined with neoprene.

Note:

1.       Hook fitting, round eye fitting, and clevis fitting are optional, please specify when ordering. Customized blocks could be supplied on request.

The data in the model means the outer diameter of sheave X width of sheave (mm).

2. All the sheaves are mounted on ball bearings. The frame of blocks is made in galvanized steel.

3. Reel stands with disc brake

Application: It is used to raise and support reels in conductor stringing operations.

The reel could be controlled by side disc brake.

Features: It could be dismantled into 5 pieces, easy for transportation.

4. Aluminum alloy Conductor Gripper

Application: It is specially used for adjustment of sagging of conductors, to hold the conductors temporarily during the stringing operation. The whole body and jaw is made of High strength Aluminum Alloy, light weight and good for protecting the surface of conductors.

5. Stringing Swivel Joints

Application: It is used to pull conductors. Constructed with ball bearings inside, to eliminate the torque force which stringing conductors. The product can not be used for connection of pilot ropes, because it can not pass through the bull wheels of puller.
