Balance Head Boards are used for two or three conductors stringing on overhead transmission lines. It is used with 3 sheaves stringing blocks.

Application: The Head board is used for pulling 2 bundled conductors. The whole set is included one of 8 ton head swivels (connected with steel rope ) and two of 5 ton swivel joints(connected with conductor grips).
The steel wire rope is going through the centre pulley to connect two conductors.

Application: It is used for stringing 2 bundled conductors, to connect the pilot wire rope with conductors. The vertical heavy links hold running board in horizontal position for correct entrance into stringing blocks. The balance pulley type is normally used for 2 bundled conductors which are pulled from same bull wheels of tensioner.

Application: It is suitable to string two or three stranded aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The sheave is made in aluminum alloy or high strength nylon. The big size 508mm, 660mm aluminum alloy sheave can be lined with neoprene. The big size 660mm, 822mm, 916mm, 1040mm nylon sheave can be lined with neoprene.

1. Clevis fitting are optional, please specify when ordering. Customized blocks could be supplied on request. The data in the model means the outer diameter of sheave X width of sheave (mm).
2. All the sheaves are mounted on ball bearings. The frame of blocks is made in galvanized steel.
