High Speed Turning stringing blocks are used for guiding the pulling wire rope in transmission line stringing operation. The sheave is made in high strength steel. The connector of wire rope can pass through the sheave smoothly.

Application: It is used for guiding the pulling steel ropes to turn direction in line stringing operation. The sheave is made in high quality steel, all the sheaves are mounted in ball bearings. The block could be passed easily by the steel rope swivel joints. Max. speed of passing rope is 80m/min.

Application: It is used for stringing Single conductor, two bundled conductors detachable, four
bundled conductors detachable on overhead transmission line.
All the sheaves are mounted on ball bearings, the central sheave of bundled conductors pulleys is
mounted on thrust ball bearings. The frame of stringing blocks is made of galvanized steel.
Grounding roller system is optional for all the stringing blocks.
Note: The central sheave of 3 sheaves stringing block or 5 sheaves stringing block could be made of casting steel or high strength MC Nylon. The width of sheave for 660x110 stringing block could be selected from 75mm, 80mm, 84mm to 90mm.
